Made of 30% organic dark rye flour with organic cracked wholegrain rye to produce a deeper and earthy flavour. The rye flour works particularly well with sourdough as its fruity, subtle sourness complements the traditional taste of fermented bread. Allergen: wheat and rye It is made in the kitchen which handles eggs, peanut, sesame seeds, nuts, milk, celery, cereals, crustaceans (such as prawns), fish, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, soybeans and sulphur dioxide (such as dried raisins).
